Mountain's Edge Property Walkthrough

The project

Golden Medina Services (GMS) provided professional video editing services for a YouTube property walkthrough of 9378 Hilgard Avenue, a three-story home in the Indigo Subdivision, a gated community in Southwest Las Vegas.

Our Role:
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Edited 50-75 raw clips following the client’s script to structure the property tour and neighborhood highlights.
- Captions & Graphics: Added branded captions for agent details, property info, and key locations. Create a custom YouTube Thumbnail.
- Intro/Outro Animations: Created branded intro and outro featuring the agents and brokerage details.
- Revisions: Managed client feedback via Frame.io to ensure satisfaction.

‍
Outcome:
The final video offers a polished, engaging walkthrough, blending the home tour with neighborhood attractions. This project highlights GMS’s expertise in delivering professional, client-centered real estate video editing services.
