Golden Medina Services served as the lead production partner for this holiday campaign featuring LaMelo Ball in collaboration with Dunk City Dynasty, an NBA & NBPA licensed mobile game.

Principal photography took place in Charlotte, North Carolina, with Golden Medina Services overseeing on-site production management, crew coordination, and camera and lighting execution. To support international collaboration, our team established a virtual village for overseas stakeholders, providing real-time visibility into the shoot. Dedicated on-set communications systems were deployed to ensure efficient coordination between local crew, producers, and remote decision-makers throughout production.

Golden Medina Services also provided a teleprompter setup to support scripted dialogue and voiceover delivery, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and talent comfort during takes. This allowed the production to move quickly while maintaining clean performance options for multiple edit variations.

The shoot was designed to support both cinematic video and green screen photography, enabling assets to be repurposed across platforms and regions. A vetted local North Carolina crew was hired under our direction to maintain regional efficiency while upholding national-level production standards.

At the direction of Golden Medina Services, the production was intentionally overshot to capture extensive coverage and creative variations. This approach empowered the Dunk City Dynasty post-production team to develop multiple teaser edits released throughout the Christmas season, culminating in a final hero commercial. Although the campaign launched during the holiday window, all assets originated from this September production, demonstrating a production-first strategy built for phased rollouts, international collaboration, and long-term campaign value.
