Golden Medina Services partnered with Capstone Standard to produce a powerful commercial showcasing the company’s leadership in facility maintenance. Our team managed the entire process, scriptwriting, casting, location scouting, filming, and editing, to deliver a polished piece designed for website embedding, social media distribution, and paid ad campaigns.

The commercial featured Capstone’s owner, Carson, delivering key brand messages on camera with the support of a teleprompter for seamless delivery. To elevate the production, we cast the talented Fylisha as spokesperson alongside a full cast of workers, highlighting Capstone’s expertise and professionalism. We also scouted and filmed in key city locations that visually emphasized the company’s capabilities in facility maintenance and landscaping, helping to position Capstone as an exceptionally strong and reliable partner for property owners.

Filmed against a green screen and enhanced with dynamic background swaps, the commercial aligned each scene with Capstone’s wide range of services—from renovations and groundskeeping to safety compliance and vendor management. The final edit communicates Capstone’s unwavering commitment to quality, reliability, and 24/7 service while reinforcing its reputation as a trusted leader in the Southwest.
